About the Foundation
Three Grand Masters, one shared devotion — to Rejuvenation, Salvation, Transformation and Enlightenment (RSTE).
Born and raised in Pondicherry, Dr. Charles Nicolas spent 27 years running his own automobile workshop before an inner awakening, at age 46, drew him toward Reiki. That shift, in 1999, turned him into a full-time healer and teacher.
The years since have brought real challenges and real rewards, deepening his roots in healing and teaching. He credits his gurus, Pandit Gopaldas Gurugi and Gurugi Madabusi, with lifting him toward a different dimension of spiritual life — one now carried forward through Cosmic Consciousness, the foundation he built to bring Rejuvenation, Salvation, Transformation and Enlightenment into others' lives.
Today he takes quiet pride in his disciples — many now Directors of the Foundation themselves — and in the healing they carry out. His guidance to seekers is simple: the discourses and sermons of the outer world are useful, but real knowledge is found by learning to speak with yourself in silence.
Vinodha Cumarie's search for peace and harmony began in childhood. She first learned of Reiki through magazines, but it wasn't until she met her guru, Dr. T. K. Charles Nicolas, that she was properly initiated — a turning point that led her to leave a career in software to become a full-time healer.
Reiki healed her physically, emotionally and spiritually, and as she opened herself further as a channel, its energies grew stronger — carrying her family through health scares and career turns she now describes as guided and protected. She has since gone on to learn Magnified Healing, Touch Points of Jesus, the Violet Flame of St. Germaine, Tera-Mai Seichem and Egyptian Cartouche, alongside therapeutic remedies like acupressure, magneto therapy and homoeopathy.
She is now a certified Reiki Grand Master and a full-time healer and teacher, committed to guiding clients toward health, happiness, and a deeper awareness of the Cosmic Energy within themselves.
A senior store manager in retail operations in the Middle East since 1997, R. Maheswaran's path to Reiki began after a stroke. The medications that followed took their own toll — until his wife, Dr. Vinodha Cumarie, then a Reiki channel, healed him from a distance. The result was powerful enough to send him looking for Dr. Charles Nicolas, who later initiated him.
Regular practice let him give up the medication that had been causing him side effects, and as he began healing others with strong results, his confidence grew — leading him through Sarira Sadhana, Seichem, Egyptian Cartouche, Magnified Healing, Touch Points of Jesus, the Violet Flame, Acupressure, Magneto Therapy and Lecher Antenna.
He is now a certified Reiki Master and Director of Cosmic Consciousness, and credits the guru-disciple relationship with Dr. Charles — and the Foundation it grew into — with reshaping his family's life from the inside out.
Our Mission
Cosmic Consciousness trains each person through Sadhanas that lift the miseries — disease, worry, stress, social strain — that touch every human life. Left to our own devices, most of us reach for solutions that are temporary at best, and worsening at worst. These older practices are built for something more lasting: a genuine path across the ocean of sorrow to a life of true knowledge, health and happiness.
The Sadhaka who completes the Foundation's full path is trained professionally enough to apply healing and therapeutic methods for faster relief — many of our channels now run their own clinics. Those who walk this path tend to find they not only heal themselves, but become a steady source of help for everyone around them.
